What a mobile visit costs
You pay the regular service fee for each document, plus a mobile agent travel fee for the visit.

The mobile agent travel fee is in addition to the fee for your notary or commissioner request.
What you need to have ready
Tell us about your documents when you book so we bring the right supplies.
- Government photo ID for every person signing.
- All documents, unsigned, plus originals of anything to be certified.
- A quiet space with a table where everyone can sit and sign.
- The exact address and access details — unit number, buzzer code, parking, and the room or ward for hospitals.
- For hospital and care visits: the signer must be alert and able to understand the document. If they can't at the time, we'll need to rebook.
