Why Canadian Benefits Centre
Canadian Benefits Centre Secures Canadian Data
Your identity documents, signatures and records stay in Canada. Every booking and online session runs on NotaryZen, which stores government ID images, verification selfies and completed documents on Canadian sovereign cloud infrastructure, kept separate from your scheduling and contact details.
We collect only what your appointment needs, and every online session is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail — so your privacy is protected from the moment you book to the final seal.
Data kept in Canada
ID images and documents are stored on Canadian sovereign infrastructure.
Tamper-evident records
Every online session produces a secure audit trail of what was signed, by whom, and when.
Verifiable digital seal
Recipients can scan the seal to confirm your document is authentic and unaltered.
Book online anytime
Reserve your appointment whenever it suits you, with confirmation sent by email.
Before your appointment
A little preparation keeps your session short and avoids having to rebook.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can't find your answer? Email info@benefitclaims.ca.
What's the difference between a notary and a commissioner?
A commissioner for taking affidavits can administer oaths and take declarations. A notary public can do that too, and can also certify copies and verify signatures. We'll confirm which your document needs when you book. Read the full comparison →
Can every document be done online?
No. Online sessions are offered only for documents and situations where remote service is permitted, and some recipients still require a wet-ink original. If yours needs to be done in person, we'll let you know when you book and help you reserve an in-person time instead.
Who performs the service?
Services are performed by [NAME], a [LAWYER / PARALEGAL] licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (licence no. [NUMBER]), acting as a commissioner for taking affidavits and notary public. Their seal and commission details appear on every completed document.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Bookings and online sessions run on NotaryZen, which keeps identity documents in Canadian sovereign storage, separate from scheduling data, and records each session in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — use the link in your confirmation email. [CANCELLATION POLICY].
